justbee holds details from everyday family life. That information can be personal. This page explains in plain language what we keep, why we keep it, and what control your household has. justbee is currently in private pilot, so this notice may change as the product develops.
Our principles
- We do not sell your family’s information or use it for advertising.
- We do not use your family’s content to train AI models.
- You can see what justbee remembers and where each detail came from.
- You can correct information. The original and the correction remain in the history.
- You can export your household’s data.
What we hold
We store account details such as your email address and household membership. We also store what you choose to tell justbee, including text, voice, forwarded messages and photos, together with the information justbee creates from them, reminders and the history of changes.
Who can see it
Members of your household can see the household record. Our team does not read family content as part of normal operation. Access is limited to what is needed to run the service, investigate a problem you report, or meet a legal obligation.
AI processing
justbee uses AI providers to understand what you mean and provide the service. Some content may be sent to an AI provider for that purpose. We do not use family content to train AI models.
Keeping and removing information
Your household record is kept while your household uses justbee. You can correct or hide individual items in the product. To ask us to delete household data, contact support. We will explain what can be removed and confirm when the request has been completed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will help.
